Stephanie Wright is originally from Florence, SC, but has lived in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee since graduating from high school. She is a graduate of the University of South Alabama and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
She, her late husband, and their two children moved to Claiborne County in 2014 and quickly felt at home at FBC New Tazewell. Stephanie has always enjoyed working with children and it was while working at a Girls in Action camp in SC one summer that she felt the Lord calling her to pursue seminary training to be better equipped for ministering to children.
Stephanie loves sports, exploring nature, photography, and traveling. One of her goals is to visit all 50 states with her children, Sam and Gabrielle. She is always planning their “next” trip and seeks to raise children who love the Lord and recognize that everyone is made in the Image of God.
